That's the only reason why I wasn't a fan of the Floyd signing. I felt that Murton was good enough to be our every day LFer.

 

As long as Murton gets 80% of the starts I'm ok with it. I have a feeling that Ward won't make the team and Floyd ends up as the backup at 1B for Lee.

 

Why in the world would you think that Ward won't make the team? He had a 1.000 OPS against righties last year.
