Question on Eric Bedard? In 2002 he pitched 0.2 innings, and none in 2003. I highly doubt anyone had him on an active roster in 2002, thus making 2004 his first exempt season and 2006 his last.

Am I correct on this? I'm keeping him either way, but it will play a role in my 9th and 10th man.

i don't think it matters if he was on anyone's roster. my understanding of the rules is that he would not be exempt.

ok. started reading 2004 rules again cause at the top of the sticky thread. That was my initial thought, but confused myself by reading again :-).

yea, we changed that rule two years ago because it was too hard to track. as it stands now, any player who played in more than three seasons is not exempt.

we are just buying a house now after our move back to California last summer.

where were you reading those rules? The ones here are correct I think. If you point it out, I will correct it.

It was just the whole thread under rules going back to 2004. Read the begining and not the end when it was changed.

yea. I just read that and tried to delete the obsolete answers. you old-timers remember the glory days! well, these are the glory days hopefully.
