I'm curious on what prospects other GM's want?

I'm sure what skills you like or want out of a player shape what a lot of GM's look at when it comes to Cub prospects but I was wondering what players in the orginization have had the most inquiries from other GM's? How do they find out about the prospects....by scouting them or reading info or both? What information do they read or trust that would give them the information they disire to make a decision to make a move towards a player? I'm just curious on how all this takes shape and how it effects the deals the Cubs could make and get the most bang for the buck.
