Cubs pulled their scouts this year?

Given the Cubs' track record in developing position players, I have to believe there are lots of incompetent scouts in this organization. It's time to scout the scouts and get better talent at that position.

I think that's more the fault of minor league coaches, not scouts.

Yes, that is more player development's fault than the scouting department's.

 

Anyways, with Wilken on board, I expect some scouting personnel will change this offseason to match with guys he's more comfortable with.
