Arapahoe Basin opened today, winning the title of first to open for the 2006-07 season. They offered skiers and riders an 18-inch base, 1,200 vertical feet, and three terrain features in High Divide Terrain Park.

 

 

They are supposed to get tons more snow this week too!

[expletive], my skiing will be short this year. I might sneak a couple of trips out to Vail/A-Basin but it will be baseball intensive with baseball clinics. I'll be in Seattle in a couple of weeks as well as NYC in January as well as some local ones in December. Once Feb. comes around, the HS Spring starts to stir.
