The Hawaii Winter Baseball is starting up again this year, opening day will be October 1st. This year, unlike in previous years, they will only have players from MLB and Japan (previously they had other Asian countries involved).

 

The official rosters will be announced on Sept. 1 and 21 teams in the MLB will be sending representatives. The league will be mostly consisting of A and AA players.

 

The Cubs will have one rep...my guess: it will be Ryan Harvey.
