Miller's fastball close to 90 MPH?? I don't know where Dusty got his report, but I can assure you Miller's fastball in his rehab start with the Jaxx was nowhere near 90.. (unless the radar gun at the ballpark is 5-7 MPH slow..)

86 the fastest he ever threw in Peoria...was hit hard here too in a couple of outings.

I must say I love what you do here with the updates on all the games. I don't have the time to watch gamecasts all the time, nor the patience so threads like this are really helpful for catching the highlights then looking at the boxscores in a condensed form later on.

Thanks a lot!

No prob, and thanks to a bunch of others who do the same (Flames24Rulz, Jon, Serena, texascub, and others who I might have forgotten) plus everything Outshined does.

Mesa loses 2-0. Cuevas-Novas went the last 3 innings, giving up a solo inside-the-park HR. His final line was 3 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 3 K.

The Cubs managed just 3 hits overall - the one by Rosario to break up the no-hitter, along with one by Valerio Heredia and one by Carlos Perez. Drew Rundle is 0 for 4 with 3 Ks (but reached on the first strikeout, via the ol' strikeout wild pitch). Cliff Andersen went 0 for 3 with just one strikeout.
