WNWS Internet Feed Update

Okay, here is the deal.. thanks in large part to the loyal listenership of Diamond Jaxx baseball on the internet, the radio station has had to get a bigger band for all the listeners. That's the reason for the big delay.

 

Anyway, I have been told by the guy in charge that by Friday at game time, the new system will be up and running and should sound incredible.

 

He better not be pulling my leg or I'll break his.. lol

Thanks for the update, Ron. It will be great to be able to listen to the AA games again.

I listened to some Chattanooga games last week, and their announcer is nowhere near as good as you. I hope this works, and once the new system is up and working, I'd break the guy's leg anyways.

UPDATE: Jackson, TN had a violent t-storm that knocked the station off the air for almost 4 hours today. Because of that, we won't have internet coverage until Saturday... multi-tasking isn't one of their strengths I guess..

UPDATE: the radio station's computer system crashed.. the good news is that they have purchased a new system and are in the process of putting everything in its proper place. I have been told that tomorrow night (Tuesday, August 8th) we will be up and running. it might be up and running tonight, but I doubt it...
