After listening to the game yesterday with the announcers mentioning the treachours warning track, why don't they tarp the dirt like the infield?

 

Ground balls, baserunners, infielders. All of which the warning track does not typically have.

But then again, if you could pick one team that would end up with those three things on the warning track, it would be the 2006 Cubs.
