Peoria lost 4-2. Yepez went 7 innings giving up 6 hits, 4 runs, 2 BB's, 5 K's, and a homer. Yusuf Carter went 2/4 with a double, Chirinos, Reed, Valdez, and Johnston each had one hit apiece. Besides that, not much offense tonight from the Chiefs :(

Daytona loses game 2 of the doubleheader, 4-3. Perez went 4 2/3 IP allowing 6 hits, 4 runs (3 earned), 2 BB's, and 4 K's. Fox and Harvey each went 1/4, Craig and Fuld each went 1/3 with a walk and 1 double for both of them, and Culpepper had 2 hits. Daytona was down 4-1 in the 6th, but scored 2 that inning and made a game out of it. Unfortunately, they came up just a little short.

5BB and only 3K's for the Jaxx tonight, if only they could make more contact now. Btw DJaxx, was the error on Dopirak really a bad play by him or was it a bad throw by the pitcher? His patience at the plate and his defense seem to have both improved this year, I think he's become a true 1B prospect instead of just a DH.

I was thinking that the E was on a play where Dope had the ball and was throwing it back to the pitcher after a play and the ball got away and went to third.
