So have they looked at Hoffpauir? I do believe that Micah was ranked #10 at one time last week in all of Major League Baseball for the 14 homruns he has hit. DUH???? How far do you have to look? If they have no faith in him, why not let be released?

He hit 4 HRs in over 400 ABs last season, hit only 20 XBHs and had only 33 HRs in 1450 ABs coming into this season. I think the Cubs can be excused if they think that his performance this year is a fluke, given his track record.
