Until Lee gets back, I think I'd prefer something like:

 

CF - Pierre

LF - Murton

2B - Walker

3B - Ramirez

C - Barrett

RF - Jones

1B - Hoffpauir

SS - Cedeno

 

I'd drop Pierre to 8 and move everyone else up one.

If Pierre can't lead off he doesn't belong on the team. Better to trade him.

I agree, but he's currently the best option we have for that position as sad as it sounds. Right now, he has no competition.

Question for you: Any idea if the Ks are mostly looking or swinging? The rate since he got to AAA is awful high. Probably partially due to adjustment, but that is an alarming rate at 1 of every 3 ABs.
