In an effort to increase team speed and rev up the ailing offense, the Chicago Cubs today announced they had come to terms with speedster Justin Gatlin. Asked if Gatlin had ever played baseball, Hendry responded that "Gatlin has tremendous tools and upside. We are very excited to add the 100 meters world record holder to the team."
