Maddux and Freel for Sheets and Lieber. Any thoughts? I'm trying to guage how much value Maddux has. The guy with Sheets has Iguchi and Aaron Miles at 2B. I've got Utley so I don't need Freel. Am I asking for too much or is it fair?

If anything, I'm not sure you're asking enough. Maddux looks like he may win another Cy Young award. Sheets is very good when healthy, but Lieber is off to a real rough start this year.

Sheets is also looking like he could win the Cy, he is seriously dealing. I like selling high on Maddux, but I wouldnt want to give up Freel. Try Maddux and another spare part for Sheets. Although most likely anyone who drafted Sheets, did so knowing that his injury was not serious and hed be able to recover and once again completely dominate (or at least that was my thinking :lol:). Sheets has done nothing to disappoint, so I think trying to acquire Sheets is going to be very difficult. Most likely youll have to overpay. All in all, this probably isnt a good match. Itd be better to buy low on lieber. Although in my league hes a FA (and has been for some time). I picked him up for a couple days, benched him, but had to cut him in a roster crunch and he once again passed through waivers. See if you can get a 5th OF for him.
