Softball Instructional Video

Can anyone here help me out? I have 2 girls ages 11 and 12, who are playing softball for the first time. Are there any videos or DVDs out there to help teach them the basics of hitting, catching and throwing? Thanks in advance.

Just a tip, if you're teaching them and they keep messing up, dont really yell. Just keep giving them tips and help them improve. It works a lot better IMO.

Thanks HHH. It does get frustrating at times. I'm just happy that they wanted to play. A lot of kids now days just want to sit in their rooms and play video games. I encourage them to play, but don't force them. Thats why I thought a video or DVD would help out, if they watch it over and over again they can get it. I work 12 hrs a day so my practice time with them is limited.

Well, that's very kind of you. Video games and whatnot arent bad, but kids do need to get out of the house.
