What Dusty and Hendry have to do to save their jobs?

I think this is fairly self explanitory. This is not for your personal opinions on the two guys just what you think they need to accomplish this year to get their contracts extended. Let's be realistic here as well because anybody who says that there is no way for them to get their contracts extended is obviously lying. Let the fun begin.

Possibly not much. Hendry needs to pretty much not drive the team into the ground. Dusty probably has quite a bit more to do.

 

If they make the playoffs, I'd be surprised if both weren't back.

I agree that Hendry doesn't have to do too much to keep his job. I have to believe that anything short of a WS Title will move Baker out of town. I imagine it could be something similar to his last year with the G-men.
