Don't you think taking a line drive on the elbow had more impact on Prior's career path? Not at all. I think 2003 had more to do with that.

What is the story behind Ronaldo's lack of endurance? I don't think it's a lack of endurance, I think it's more of the fact that he's done absolutely nothing on the field in the Cup so far. Brazil's team was much better with Ronaldo out.

At this point I would be happy just to see at least one proactive move being made instead of signing bums and benching our young players for more bums. -
This is why I am really starting to hate the TV broadcasters. I know they are trying to ingratiate themselves with Cub fans, but you are not going to win them over by being all rah-rah when the team is playing atrociously. Or maybe they are just worried about keeping their jobs, which is a sad commentary on the people that run this team. I'm not goign to lie, I am getting sick of Len and Bob cherry coating everything they say. What, are we idiots? This is a terrible team playing terrible baseball.

This is funny but true. You are right though, Hendry will share a fate similar to Dick Jauron when he decided not to fire Schoop when everybody was calling for it. -
I don't wish to expand on this particular quote Fine, I'll do it. I can get away with it better than you can. You're established. I don't even have a username. With someone who has as many antiquated baseball theories as Dusty Baker, I wouldn't rule "I like players that look like me" out. Maybe it's because he can't hit now and isn't driving in any runs. And Juan Pierre, Freddie Bynum, and Neifi Perez are?

Sarge isn't the hitting coach anymore. The Cubs decided instead of getting a real hitting coach they decided to swap coaches and make Clines as hitting coach and Sarge at 1B. Great move morons. Pretty ridiculous this coaching staff is still intact. -
