    What did we expect? When you have one of the worst if not the worst GM in baseball these things will happen frequently.

    Granted Hossa is out with an injury but Havlat has been really bad for the Wild. Only 2 goals so far. We probably made the right choice to let him go.

    If he wasn't wearing colored contacts I would think people would believe his side of the story more.

    Difference being Cameron put up those offensive numbers in CF, and he's 2 wins better defensively. I think Dye is one year younger than Cameron but I agree Cameron would make more sense for us to due being able to play in CF and with much better defense.

    That's the problem with the defense. There really is no playmaker and when Urlacher went down so did its leadership. Considering we don't have a 1st and 2nd round pick in this year's draft I expect the team to become even worse next year.

    Comparing the basic stats of Cameron and Dye, they both had similar numbers last year.

    Since Schaub is on bye week I will be starting Alex Smith against the Bears this Thursday. The defense is that bad.

    One of the things that really bothered me is seeing the corners not press or push the WR's off the line. When you give Ocho that much room to run he will cut you up.

    Considering Hendry loves to outbid himself I'm fully expecting at minimum 3/12 year deal for Grabow.

    What did you guys expect? We all knew Wuertz was at the very least decent but Lou didn't like him for some reason and told Jimbo to move him. Just another offseason move by one of the worst GM's in baseball that didn't work out.

    Why would the Mariners want to do that? It would make zero sense for them. It's not going to happen.

    He's got nothing left in the tank. I was surprised he stuck around with the Saints as long as he did.

    If Brooks has anything left I think he's a better option than a young, inexperienced player at this point. If Brooks can still cover ground well enough, he has both the on-field experience and the experience in the Cover 2 system to be far superior than a more athletic young player. The question is, does Brooks have anything left? If he doesn't, then the young player would be the better option. I think Brooks would be worth a look from the Bears, though. I doubt he does, because if he did somebody would have already signed him.
