    I just hate seeing hypotheticals that have zero chance of happening. Let me say this, yours would be more entertaining to see. I agree it would be nice if we could get good games all the way across the board and have the best teams (1-10) playing each other according 1-2, 3-4, you get the picture. That would be awesome. Sadly, its not possible as of now. This year's bland Fiesta and Orange Bowl are why we need a playoff. Two incredibly uninteresting games with some very uninteresting and unexciting teams (cept Louisville)

    Do you even realize that the bowls pick the teams they want in a certain order or does that fact escape you? Your utopia scheduling is totally unrealistic.

    I use sportsbook.com I have the Ravens tomorrow and the Iowa Hawkeyes tonight over a (bad?) Va. Tech team that is historically god awful. Got good odds on the squawks tonight! Ravens are a 3 point dog tomorrow.

    Z and Izturis for Ervin Santana, Wood, Kendrick, and Adenhart. Sign Schmidt. Schmidt Zito Ervin Hill Westbrook We'd have perhaps the best middle infield cheap for 6 years, a very good young pitcher, we'd sign an ace to nearly replace Z's productivity and his rapidly escalating salary, and a very highly touted pitching prospect. I don't want Z to go, but I'd have to do it. Can't see the Angels giving up four young, really good players though. If we have to, we toss in Eric Patterson.

    Why are the Dodgers looking for an OF? They already wasted a ton of money on Pierre when they had three more capable guys ahead of him who were younger, better, and much much much cheaper. Can we get Penny and Kemp??? :D

    Soooo nobody wants to comment on NW's big win over North Florida? NW's leading scorers had 8 points in a scinilating 40-39 win. They are effectively setting college basketball back to the pre shot clock era.

    Maybe ND can end their dreadful bowl streak vs. a crappy ACC or Big East team in a BCS game! Even more awesome would be if they lose (again, to be expected at this point. Something about December and January that throws them off, its an odd phenomenon) and Brady Quinn looks like a confused mule in the desert.

    Where did that come from? Are you serious or kidding about their schedule? That Harris kid is pretty good, a lot better than I thought previously. Cuse, I placed a wager on them playing a really bad UNCC team and I loved Cuse at home minus 13. Only won by 12 :( I was really rooting hard for them in 03 in that final four as I was a huge 'Melo fan.

    I would like him as a Supersub, not as an everyday player. If he would come cheap, ie, one of the surplus minor guys, I'd be all in favor of it.
