Awesome! I really didn't think they'd pull today's game out. But man, watching that Heat team, it is clear that they are old. I really have to give the Bulls a ton of credit for standing up to the big bad champs who were fouling them hard all series to get up every time and make a bigger stand with a big shot, rebound, etc. Bottom line is, this team is much much better than the Heat. This is a well rounded team that stared an undesirable situation for all media members (sans John Hollinger) and just whooped the Champs. It feels great. Miami got the matchup they didn't want. Everybody was so fixated on how nobody wanted to play the Heat. From the beginning of this series, Scott Skiles has maintained his composure in preparing his team for a difficult series after a devastating last night of the regular season. There was no theatrics about playing the nasty Heat. Instead, it was all confidence and a business-like approach that the entire team adopted as its philosophy about this series. There wasn't a fear of not getting out of the first round. This team believes in themselves and they weren't going to be stopped. Bring on Detroit. We are not afraid of anybody.
