While I have little doubt there are plenty of players who have used amphetemines to gain an edge, I get skeptical when a player confesses to taking a drug and then turns around indicts the rest of the league with some inflated percentage. It reminds me of players like Ken Caminitti and Jose Canseco. He's being honest, but it also sounds like he is trying to rationalize his behavior with the "everybody does it" defense. Lot's of players may do it, but his viewpoint is distorted. That said, I'm glad they are testing for uppers along with roids.
