    Last night was the first time this postseason it really got to me. Brutally awful. Joe Buck is the worst.

    Same here. I really started getting nervous when the announcers kept talking about how the Giants hadn't scored on the Cubs bullpen all year. I was like, "Why the horsefeathers would they say that?" because they already mentioned even year giants True, they had already exhausted their Madbum is a god and even year magic stories.

    Yeah last night even when the score was 3-1 I was carefree, playing with my kids, playing some guitar, etc while watching. I wasn't nervous because I felt like I'd seen this game 80+ times this year, Cubs get a multiple run lead, pitching shuts them down and sucks the life out of the opponent. When Jake started getting squared up in the 5th inning it felt like a completely different game all of the sudden. Same here. I really started getting nervous when the announcers kept talking about how the Giants hadn't scored on the Cubs bullpen all year. I was like, "Why the horsefeathers would they say that?"

    as we've talked about (and made fun of me) ad nauseam for, i will be at a concert for most of tomorrow night's game. i still haven't decided if, after I watch the first couple innings at the bar, i will continue to follow the game on my phone at the concert or try to avoid finding anything out and watching on DVR when I get home. It's got to be damn near impossible to avoid hearing an update at a big concert in Chicago with today's technology. Yep, I was at a Jason Isbell show last year on the first game of the NLDS. Couldn't take 2 steps without someone telling the score, then the final It didn't help I was wearing a Cubs shirt.

    Listening to the Cardinals radio announcers. They are REALLY whining about the game so far.

    The Cards announcers seemed more pleased with the fact that the Cubs wouldn't be able to clinch on their turf.

    Hate living out of market for the ABC and WGN games. The Cardinals announcers make me want to hurt something.

    He gave up a homer on the first pitch. I have no faith in him as a reliever either. uhhhhhhhh Maybe bring him in after his first pitch?

    I watched the Sox feed the first two games and they were both VERY complimentary towards the Cubs. I was quite surprised.
