  1. Why is Cedeno lifting his back foot? Nice hit Soto!!!!
  2. What are they when he gets thrown out? Interesting note..... without respect to Pierre...... CUBS are 15-17 when they are caught stealing..... 40-63 when they are not. Ya gotta be on base to be thrown out.
  3. That's funny....a shallow fly to CF and Pierre can't even make it to the mound in the air.
  4. What are they when he gets thrown out? I'm afraid I don't have that one. That's ok, neither does Dusty.
  5. Isn't Durham a swing at every pitch type guy too? He has a career .073 IsoD, so probably not. Interesting, not bad and he has some power too, isn't he around 33/34 years old? Ok...if the Cubs can get ARod and AJones I'll settle for Durham at second instead of Soriano. Hopeful, aren't you? I'm a Cub fan....I have to be.
  6. I can honestly say that most ND fans hate ESPN. I hate ESPN. Doesn't have anything to do with the Irish, but I do. Anyways. 2 hours, 20 minutes. WE ARE! Besides the fact that they (ESPN) have two senile ex ND coaches on their staff. Well....one senile and one terrible ex-coach that is.
  7. we have a big matchup this year 'cuse! Toilet bowl! Yeah, after Iowa beats us by 40 points. This team has more 3 and outs offensively than any other one in the country.
  8. Patterson is the worst QB I have ever seen at Syracuse. 6-19 and 45 yards, here we go again.
  9. Funny how that works isn't it? Theriot could have hit 5 HR's yesterday and Baker still would play Bynum and Baily today.
  10. I still don't understand why the NFL doesn't let the team with the best division record go to the playoffs and then the teams with the best records compete for the wildcard. IMO the schedules have way too much of an impact since they are different for each team.
  11. Full Article Wow...a heck of a lot of stories, is this a party team? How long was he here again?
  13. Well if the Cubs get AJones, ARod and Soriano for the middle like I expect them too Theriot would be a perfect sub!
  14. That's funny because that's how he got Lee too....after Baltimore backed out at the last minute.
  15. Isn't Durham a swing at every pitch type guy too?
  16. I think he would be a wonderful 8 hitter and a decent 2. I haven't seen a lot of his defense to judge him at second or SS though.
  17. Well it was a name the press knew.
  18. So Restovich and Fontanent are on the Cubbie poopie list?
  19. If Michigan can pass the ball I think they will win that game...if they can't they lose.
  20. Shouldn't you be painting your face for the game right now? I understand what you're saying but I think if you have faith in your defense you can relax and pitch and not try to be perfect on every pitch.
  21. Pat is from Syracuse and he threw against my team a few years ago. He was almost impossible to hit off and the only way to score off him was to run on his catcher who couldn't recieve too well. Does anyone know how Dombrowski is doing at Kentucky?
  22. I hope he tests and gets offered a ridiculous deal by someone else. After the Perez deal I feel that maybe good things may start to happen to us Cubbie fans like the Pierre free agent test.
