    Wow. The whole series, the Cubs Starting Pitching ERA is a 1.16. :shock:

    D-Lee hits a solo HR in the 1st. Cubs score 5 runs in the 3rd. Then follow it up with a Pittsburgh solo-HR in the 4th, but Burnitz gets that run back by a solo-HR.

    Naw, the game is gettin close to being out of hand. I would like for some relievers to get some work in. That's what he was saying. He said to take Z out and getting some relievers some work. Well, looks like that Dusty disagree with that logic. He's letting Zambrano bat.

    What?? Did I miss a Detroit-KC game that I shouldn't have? Yup, bench-clearing brawl, 7 ejections, Farmsworth among them. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2110060 It looked like the brawl was coming to a close, then Farnsworth lifts Affelt and body slams him. Classic Farnsworth maturity on display. I guess there wasn't a clubhouse fan close enough. He becomes Detroit's closer and then does something like this. Yeah, I mentioned something about this somewhere between the 4th to 7th page. Early in the game Hernandez hit two players. After that the Tigers' pitcher a Royal. In the sixth Guilen (sp?) thought he got hit on the foot and started to first, but was called back by the ump. Hernandez was pissed and beaned him in the head. Guilen and Hernandez looked like they might go at it, and the benches were cleared. Bonderman went crazy. Farnsworth went crazy and tackled Affeldt, but I think Affeldt got him in a reverse headlock and went for the piledriver combo before they broke them up.
