He was safe! And it's def annoying listening to these announcers say how great of a play it was by Pujols. He barely stretched. And it wasn't that difficult of a pickup.

make that 3 in 3 pitches. why oh why oh why is he starting against a lefty???????? He was 5/15 against Mulder going into this game. sample size. i trust his career numbers against lefties much more than a few lucky hits against one lefty.

neifi and cedeno really show how crappy nomar was at playing SS. I don't think that neifi would have been able to get to the ball that Ronnie just got to.

It's too bad that Ryu is starting tonight in Iowa. That rules out him helping tomrorrow. Wuertz can't be called up for a few more days if I'm not mistaken. Nice play by Ronnie!

Oh i doubt it. After all, the Cubs easily took the season series last year. And the cubs are 3-0 against the cards this year. Shell or no shell, Cubs have been beating up on the Cards of late.
