I grew up watching McMahon and then Harbaugh play QB. I don't recall Jim throwing any tantrums as a player. I don't think that side of his personality really came to light publicly until he started coaching.

That result is pretty shocking though. I figured Purdue would battle for 30 or so minutes and IU would pull away to a 10-15 point win. Wow.

Were the doofuses in the student section chanting "Harris sucks?" God, IU is loathsome. "Sit down Izzo" was awful. Don't they realize he's the best in the business and was 100% correct in his whining to the officials? Some bad calls in that one, per usual in the Big Ten. Students acting like students and yelling? My god, hope the Big10 doesn't declare IU in eligible or anything. Kids are idiots most of the time, everywhere. You guys are really talking about this? Yeah it is a pretty dumb thing to bring up.

Questionable call on a 3rd down catch by a Falcon receiver. Ball might have hit the ground and moved. Harbaugh challenged call, refs kept it as a catch. Jim went hysterical and his headset went flying and started screaming and throwing his arms around and his head almost popped off. On a side note, he was yelling I WANT ICE CREAM, I WANT ICE CREAM!

What's the CFL coach count up to? 3 or 4? Sinclair was a pretty good NFL defensive end though. It is possible he knows what he is doing. I'd look at him a bit differently than that Bischoff guy. -

Yes, I'm sure Trestman would have come to Chicago to be the OC for a lame duck coach when the whole reason he bolted to Canada in the first place was that he grew weary of a lack of stability from his head coaches getting fired and having to jump from job to job. :roll:
