  1. You could structure that sentence the same way about him leaving his house, or eating at restaurants, or playing XBox or literally any other non-basketball related activity. The percentages are far higher for injuring yourself playing pro sports than daily living I would imagine Tell that to a baseball player. Trash bag watermelon elbow, nightmares about spiders, running face first into patio doors...the world is fraught with peril man.
  2. I don't even see a point you are making here. He has all season to get into shape. He has 6 months of games to get ready for what really matters - the '14 NBA playoffs. No reason to risk playing with Team USA. Do you really want him risking blowing out his knee prior to the 2014 playoffs? Dude could tank his entire career in some random regular season game against Toronto. The smart play would actually be to hold him out until the 2014 NBA Finals. He would be well-rested and healthy. No brainer imo. And lose home court advantage and the 1 or 2 seed. Who needs HCA with a healthy D-Rose? You simply get there. He comes back. Boom goes the dynamite. Championship! The plan is so simple even Carlos Boozer understands it.

That is a good point and his XBox gaming should be limited to those Lego games. No Call of Duty games. COD games get stressful and place undue stress on the thumbs in addition to the mind. He should only place peaceful, non-stressful XBox games until his rehab is complete.

  5. I think he is an upgraded version of the hardcorecubfan AI. It makes more grammatical sense but still lacks the logic algorithm.
  6. Regular season games are dangerous too. Rose should just not play until the 2014 playoffs. Just to be safe.
  7. Given that fact, you would probably expect worse than 17-23 I think. [expletive] it. We on a roll now! :good:
  8. I remember when the Red Wings were good. Wait, no I don't. :stickman:
  9. Hibbert/West says hello. The Pacers and Grizzlies are very similar imo.
  10. Whatever helps your meatball brain sleep at night I suppose.
  11. Cool Game 4 New York.
  12. It just occurred to me, the Cubs have a better record than the Dodgers right now by percentage points. And the Cubs have the same record as the Angels. Los Angeles teams are paying A LOT of money to be really bad right now.
  13. What was the official time on that game? Given that 10 runs scored, it seemed to end quickly.
  14. Plus Austin Etherington can conveniently get hit by a bus at any given moment if necessary.
  15. No actually we have an open scholarship for the 2013-14 season since Creek and Abell are leaving.
  16. I don't necessarily disagree with the bolded part but I'm trying to recall a golden age when basketball officiating was awesome. I've been fed up with basketball officiating at both the NCAA and NBA level for a long time now. It is never consistent.
  17. Clearly that ref was conspiring to sabotage a potential Bulls comeback. Point me to where I said the refs caused the Bulls to lose. That post was just screaming implications when I read it. Maybe you didn't intend that meaning but it looked that way to me.
  18. Clearly that ref was conspiring to sabotage a potential Bulls comeback.
  19. IU has also been recruiting the youngest brother Eron Gordon for awhile now. This one of those 5th year senior deals? Does that still work when transferring for the 2nd time? Apparently. Daddy Death Threat is working it though.
  20. IU has also been recruiting the youngest brother Eron Gordon for awhile now.
  21. Totally could see this happening. This is why I wanted the Bulls to beat the Nets. It makes a much more interesting storyline as opposed to seeing the Nets roll over and die in 4 straight games.
  22. Better figure out how to beat the Bulls! See, just burn yourselves out beating Miami. Win/win situation.
  23. I don't even like the [expletive] Bulls and that game was fun to watch. Yes, soften up Miami for the Pacers. Hit them hard and often. :good:
