  1. And because GatewayRedbirds loves copying our stuff to their site after we lose, I give you this little piece of enjoyment... Angry Cards fan wrote:
  2. Way to show him how to field a ground ball Castro.
  3. jesus Korver about took out Schlitter with the 1st pitch. He tried hitting 90 on the gun with that one
  4. Cashner didn't do a good job of checking the runner. However, when you throw high 90s, the ball gets the plate pretty darn quickly. Oh, Korver. I love you already. You and every female in Chi
  5. Agreed, not with Holliday up and wind doing what its doing. Itd be different if Jay would have been tieing run
  6. Have a seat meat. Why the hell would you be stealing with the wind blowing like it is and Holliday up? Stupid, but appreciative
  7. That's the thing -- it was! Lol to the damn wall
  8. Come on Cashner strike this muther [expletive] out
  9. =D> That was 1 of the easiest things to ever predict really.
  10. Now THAT wasn't Theriots fault. That hop bout took his face off
  11. Yea he went through a little slump, but seems to have made his adjustments, and now is just raking. i guess that was kind of the deal with him in the minors, that he adjusted well, but jesus christ, to be a 20-year old in a huge market making those kind of adjustments in the major leagues is just insane. Oh yea, its really impressive. I never expected this from him when he was called up. I just wanted him to play everyday and kind of get his feet wet. The fact that he has put up numbers like he has, and made adjustments along the way really speaks volumes for his ability and ceiling.
  12. Wow.. Well with the rationale of it being ok that Colvin misplayed the fly ball to him because Ludwick did too, why isn't it ok to say that he should have caught it since Ludwick caught that one? Aaron Miles was hitting. Colvin was playing shallow. If a gust of wind takes an Aaron Miles pop-up to the warning track, there really isn't much he could've done about it. I dont care who was batting, he was twisting and turning as soon as it was hit. The majority of major league outfielders catch that.
