I'm pleased as well. I wasn't too enamored with Spencer, but if that's who they targeted, they did a nice job getting their guy while stockpiling an extra first tounder for next year. I like the pick of Marten as he gives us depth at OL and he'll have at least a year to learn the scheme and bulk up some. I'm just so elated about getting Cleveland's first rounder that it really didn't matter much who we picked.

I'd love for McCauley to fall to the Cowboys, but the Saints are likely to grab him first.

I'm hoping the Browns have the worst record in the NFL while Dallas wins the Super Bowl giving the Cowboys the 1st and 32nd picks in next year's draft. :)

Well, now I don't feel bad at all about trading with the Eagles. We may have given them a second rounder, but they drafted a fourth rounder.

Hey yo, you think the Chiefs made a good choice in Bowe? Yes. If the situation with Quinn allowing the 'Boys to rape Cleveland, I'd have wanted Bowe for the Cowboys.

Dolphins, hands down agreed. Miami screwed the pooch with that pick. Your Cowboys came away with a steal there, btw. Yep. Miami passing on Quinn led to Dallas stealing Cleveland's pick next year. Here's hoping the Browns suck major ass next season.

This is the Cubs team I hoped to see at the start of the season. Maybe it just took a month to get it going.

I'm still excited about that trade. Our LB's next year for WP to have fun with: LOLB-Spencer LILB-Carpenter RILB-Ayodele ROLB-Ware, that is going to be fun to watch. Even if Dallas did give up a bit much for Spencer, they essentially traded down 4 spots, got a guy they wanted, and picked up a 1st rounder next year for a 3rd and 5th this year. Still a very good day for Dallas. My feelings exactly.

I still am. I don't like the pick, but we still have our second rounder and two first rounders next year. A third and fifth isn't bad to move down four spots and still have Cleveland's first rounder next year. I just don't like what we did with the pick.

Makes me like the trade less. If it were our own second, I wouldn't have minded it so much! Oh well.
