Over at brewerfan.net, brewcrewin07 is a riot. He's got the "lucky Cubs" schtick down to an art form. A few of his contributions... :lol: -
Why should OU jump LSU. True LSU only won by 12, but they were playing the #12 team in the country. OU is impressive. But they beat up on Tulsa. Tulsa isn't a bad team, but keep in mind that ULM was leading Tulsa at the half before Tulsa ended up winning that game. OU should have demolished Tulsa.

Because clearly Ramirez, Lee, Soriano and Floyd have never been regarded as home run hitters. This stuff is almost funny. It is quite comical. -

I'd have let him go one more, but that's just me. I would have to, but I can understand Lou's thinking here. You're gonna have to explain it to me. He's got a runner on base, so he wants to use a hitter to try to pile some more on. Furthermore, it's down the stretch. He can use Marmol, Wood, Howry, and Dempster to end the game. I would have conserved the pen, but I know what Lou is wanting to do here.
