    It's just a rumor, but I've heard the Cowboys are interested in trading for Hall. The proposed offer is Dallas gives up: pick 22 in 1st round,it’s 4th rounder (122nd),Anthony Henry, andAkin Ayodele. The Falcons send Hall along with 2 second round picks (37 &48). Interesting... :-k

    the Sheffield House is a #$%# Hole to end all #$%# holes...we stayed there a couple years ago...there was actual grafiti on the sheets...people had signed the bed spreads...we slept on top of the covers and by 7:00 a.m. the next morning had made arrangements to get a hotel out by O'Hare and take a cab back into the game. My stay wasn't as bad. The shower was horrible, but the room wasn't too terrible. I did bring my own sheets and brought some spray to spray down the carpets and bedspreads. I needed a cheap place and that was it. It was nice being about a block and half from Wrigley.

    I think dealing Murton is another example of Hendry often putting what may be best for the player over what may be best for the organization. Murton would be the ideal fourth OF. He has good patience and is not a bad hitter. If we had an injury in the OF, Murton could give starter's level performance in relief duty. On the other hand, with long term deals to Fukudome and Soriano, Murton is without a position. He's not going to get a whole lot of AB's this year or in the foreseeable future. Hendry probably sees a deal as good for the Cubs if it brings back someone who can play some CF and even better for Murton if it gets him a chance to be an everyday player. I really like Murton, but seeing how things are, I can see a deal being the best possible move for all involved.

    I'm not exclusively drafting young, but if trying to decide between two players, I'll go with the younger. Other than Smoltz, my team isn't old.

    The ebay route can be tricky. I'd wait assuming you can afford to pay off the CC or assuming that you have one with a low interest rate. But the longer you wait, the more it's going to cost you in interest, so it might be better to unload now. When selling on Ebay, keep in mind how much ebay is going to charge and the take paypal will get.
