If OSU goes 11-1 I hope that they don't use the Wells didn't play card on why they lost 1 game. Vance...LSU has a lot of talent but they have to play somebody out of conference. I know it's a bitter point for you, but in the mindset of most of the decision makers at LSU, they want the revenue from the home games regardless of who they play. They know they already have tough games due to the conference games. This year they travel to Auburn and Florida and play Georgia and Bama at home. You may disagree, but those four games right there make for a tougher schedule than many other teams. Last year, they did play Virginia Tech out of conference. LSU knows that if they win the SEC, they're in. They would prefer to play more games at home for revenue purposes and then that limits what teams they can play. Like it or not, with the SEC schedule that LSU plays, they aren't inclined to add any more games that could trap them.
