    Many of us were ticked off at Soriano at the end of the season last year, I was ticked off we even signed him to that contract, but what will it take for you to forgive him? We all know he can have a nice June but, without being ridiculous, what types of numbers would make you forgive him for last season?

    Not necessarily. Getting rid of Wood meant Kevin Gregg closing, and that didn't work out at all. Getting rid of Wood was still the right thing. Gregg was the mistake, not letting Kerry go. Should have just kept Wuertz, put him in setup and let Marmol close all year. We are in 100 percent agreement!!

    All I want to see is that the World Series finish by mid-October. I remember the seventies with the gas crisis there was a proposal to base everything on geography in in order to save gas, in a way we went that direction but the proposal was cubs, mil., Clev. Detroit and Cinci

    that's right rays fans. don't get excited about evan longoria just yet, he's only had 2 major league seasons. He blows out his acl or elbow and in five years you will go "Evan who" i like how you threw "or elbow" in there too, since you didn't know if longoria was a hitter or pitcher have we not had a couple of MLB outfielders who just went under Tommy John?

    This is just another case of a super-kid disappointing Cub fans. I am sure h is too but it is our fault over-hyping any of these kids until they have had three productive years in the majors. What fun would it be if we didn't, the disappointment is such joy
