    I haven't been watching the game thread, so I don't know if it's been said, but Lou shouldn't have let Marmol go back out there for the 2nd inning. It was pretty obvious that he didn't have his control tonight. Petrick should have been brought in that inning. Oh, and Ohman sucks. Can't win them all though. Hopefully Z pitches well tomorrow and we get right back on track.

    Someone should tell them to sign up for Premium. It's a much better experience. :D I don't hate Braun. I don't hate any of the Brewers' players. I just wish the Cubs could develop homegrown talent like the Brewers. They're going to have some great players for quite a few years.

    Unfortunately, from my experience the Cubs have more than a lot of teams. That's because the Cubs have more fans than other teams. Bigger fan base also means more idiots. I do like the idea of fining these people when they litter on the field. That may make them think twice about throwing things on the field. I just don't understand why it's done. I would never throw something on the field, no matter how angry I were. The ones that get caught are quickly expelled from the stadium. But the problem is, there's no way to catch everyone that throws something when there's 100 cups on the field. Yes, but if you start fining these people that are quickly caught, word is going to get around that you might face a fine if you throw something on the field. I bet less people would throw things on the field if they knew they'd have to pay a hefty fine.

    The Braves also lost, so we gained a game on them as well. Padres are winning 2-1 over the Mets in the bottom of the 5th. Go Mets!

    The bleacher bums are starting to get on my nerves. I've sat out there a couple times and a lot of them are just idiots who are there to get drunk. They have no idea what's going on in the game. A couple years ago I had this drunk guy sitting behind me who asked "Who's that?" when Kerry Wood was on the mound. Are you kidding me?

    My feelings exactly. I'm wondering in what capacity Lou is going to use Kendall. I still would like to see Soto get a shot at earning the starting spot. With Kendall here and Blanco due back soon, I just don't see any scenario where Soto actually gets a shot at earning the starting spot.
