    MLB had to approve Cuban getting a bid package. There is no problem getting any of these biddrs approved to buy the club.

    EPatt now 0-10 for the A's with 3 walks and 5 K's. EPatt didn't play today (Weds). Gallagher 5 IP, 5 hits, 3 earned runs, 3 BB's, 4 K's. 83 pitches.

    agree 100%. This Cub team should be good enough to win, maybe win big. I would stand pat unless something fell into our laps.

    It is what it is--4 good innings against a good hitting club. Keven Hart never had this good of stuff. That said, he hasn't pitched enough yet to even try to predict his future, but early returns are very good which is better than the alternative.

    Murton 0-4 today, 3-26 with the A's, batting .115. My guess is that he will be moved soon to the minors. OBP .148. Shame, he seems like a great kid.

    3-20 for Murton since he went to the A's. He had better get hitting if he wants to stay in the line-up. He was one of my favorite people on the Cubs, good luck to Murt.

    5 innings, 2 runs, 98 pitches, 4 wallks, 7 K's, 7 hits. Now out of game. Not a quality start by definition, but not bad. He may not get the loss if the A's can put a run on the board.

    Yesterday will make some people happy. One hit--but it was a home run!

    His defense has been outstanding. He gets to a ton of balls and has a fine arm. He is outstanding on playing balls off the wall. Almost uncanny good.
