    fastball the last 2 games 88-90. He was throwing his ave fastball 93 early in the year and humping it up to 95-96 when he needed to. He pitched well tonight, but he clearly has arm issues.

    again gyts, MLB will approve any of the remaining bidders. The Cubs hgave done their homework and MLB approved all these folks to bid on the Cubs.

    As long as many of us have been baseball fans, it is embarrassing how we jump to conclusions. Many had Fukudome headed to the Hall of Fame after June and headed for the scrapheap a week ago. Baseball is a tough game, slumps occur and hot streaks happen. Patience is a rare commodity for some fans.
