    k, they updated the link on the website in the last hour or so and I updated my link. It should work. Also, I just listened to it again and I'm almost positive that was the one that they played on the radio.

    There was a post on hirejimessian.com with a better quality recording of the song from Pearl Jam's concert at the Auditorium Theater earlier this year. I believe this was the version that they were playing on the radio because the audio quality is much better and it is about 2 minutes shorter. (there was a good minute before and after the song on the other version with Eddie talking to the crowd) You can download this version here: link

    Honestly I couldn't think of any good color guys off the top of my head. Otto has been decent when he has filled in for Ronnie. I'm sorry. :(

    The only reason you all even think Ron Santo is a decent color guy is because of Pat Hughes. Hughes is such a good announcer and does so much for Santo it is really like he is doing two jobs at once. Listen to a game and try and count how many times Hughes saves Ronnie on one of his stories where he loses track or corrects him with his descriptions of the pitchers or of a play. I bet you will lose count. All of that said I love Ronnie but sometimes I wish we had someone like Otto in the booth with Hughes so he could devote all of his energy to PBP. /waits for flaming about how I somehow want Ronnie dead :roll:

    Who cares what he says? Why is he even talking about the Cubs? Shouldn't he be worried about how his own team is failing atm?

    When they announced that Z was going to be pushed back in his start it was because he had a dead arm ect. The Cubs didn't just say we are moving Z back to get him more rest and keep him ready for the playoffs. To compare the two situations is taking a step that I do not believe this team has earned lately. If it was a couple of years ago with Dusty I would say sure but lately they have been pretty honest about injuries and such.
