    this is ridiculous. To expect an undefeated homestand regardless of the opposition is WAY to high. The expectation would be to win both series. a 5-2 homestand is more then accpetable.

    so the fact that we have played 14 straight games with the pen involved in every one is ignored by everyone? Not to mention the fact that we have 3 more games to go in the series. Also of note is that the innings pitched by the pen haven't been easy ones. These close games are more taxing then mop up work.

    It was the best move to make. He can't burn the pen like that in another close game and with Cedeno & Murton starting only Macias & Blanco are left who are RH on the bench. It was a smart baseball move.

    It's a smart move, he double switched for the last guy to hit. What's the eye roll about? I'm one of the biggest dusty critics here, but who would you like him to have switched out? Agreed and the reason for the lefty/lefty matchup is because with Cedeno starting only Macias & Blanco are left as RH on the bench
