    Wow, I JUST realized the 49ers won the game... Seahawks 0-2? Arizona 2-0? Wow. Yeah, wow. The Seahawks are 0-2 and have lost 5 WR, 1 RB, 1 RG to injury. Starting 0-2 is pretty easy

    Talking about Karma? Look at Seattle. They are missing 5 of their Starting WR from the beginning of the year. Branch, Engram, Burleson, Payne (1st play today) & Wallace (Converted Backup QB lost before game with Calf injury) are now all out. No to mention losing their starting RB (Morris) and their Starting RG (Sims). Question. If they are at the cap max, how could they get more players for the position? Do injured players count towards the in season cap?

    Vance, what is the deal with your prepayment? You Said priceline right? They have a travel GTD so you are OK there and also, typically with these "lesiure" segments there is a clause in the fine print for "Force Majuer". This means that an act of god or something similar will negate the contract that you entered in. It is very typical in all group sales contracts so check your fine print. If all else fails, dispute the charge on your credit card. No way Priceline wins

    Depends on if he wants to throw like Jeff Bagwell did at the end of his career. I thought Bagwell's issues were his shoulder and it impacted his swing.

    Question: Would you rather be the Angels and on cruise control right now and not in a meaningful game for 2 months prior to the playoffs Or would you rather be in the best position on any NL team in their division and still have to fight through some tough games and get to the playoffs in the last week of the season? Seems to me that option B makes a team better prepared for the playoffs.

    An UGLY day for the Seahawks thus far. None of their recievers can hold onto the stinkin ball and now we have lost Bursleson (the 1 healthy guy) and Mo Morris (the Best RB). Wowsers

    Of course there is a chance because the magic number is not Zero. Regardless, of that there is little reason for the level of reaction currently on display. If the Cubs hadn't lost these games in a row but rather went 3-3 instead of 2-4 the reaction would not be the same. There is widely more things to be positive about then negative about so the tide needs to turn back positive. To illustrate this, I wish we could see one of those fan graphs for the season right now and not just a game. Then everyone could see how ridiculous it is to panic.

    what happened to mark holliman this season. Obviously the walks are huge but can he bounce back?

    way too many people ranked high on this list that have done nothing on the major league level. yet. Highly regarded prospects are one thing but to say that the 9th best player to build a franchise about is Jay Bruce who hasn't even played a full season yet is ludricous and how franchises get in trouble. If Bruce continues to mature into a solid player after next year, then maybe. On the list is fine but to be in the top 10 above players like Zambrano, Arod is silly. BTW, I notice Peralta listed. Help me out, why? Has he gotten good again?
