    I have been a fan of hers for a long time, even before she was getting into main draws, so it's been really neat to see her have so much success this year. One of the hardest working women on tour.

    No sooner than I said it, Sabalenka seems to have found her game again. Very convincing wins over Swiatek and Pegula in Cincy. She's looking good coming into the US Open. I would still sprinkle some action on Mirra Andreeva. Just a gut feeling. I wouldn't be surprised if she makes it to the final.

    Kansas seems like way too big a step up in competition for Lindenwood.

    Albert Pujols hit HRs number 699 and 700 in a game that was an Apple exclusive back in 2022, so most of St. Louis didn't even see it. Not that I have any sympathy for those fans because I remember how many of them made a show of trashing their Pujols merch when he signed with the Angels, but one of my friends is a huge Cardinals fan and she and I had talked about whether 700 was a possibility for Albert when the season began. She watched all year waiting for that and then missed it because it was an Apple exclusive game.

    I'm with you, man. I'm a Bills fan, but I also root for the Bears and I want to see them finally find that franchise QB. Eventually, Stafford is going to fall off whether by injury or just age. Kyler is also hard to trust. I never expected the Lions to the in the NFC Championship last year, so seeing the Bears make the playoffs isn't that much of a stretch. I'll be rooting for them.

    Honestly wish we could merge the FBS and FCS. I'd much prefer to see South Dakota St. in a bowl game to a some of the middling 6-6 teams. Coming from an FCS school, seeing my school win a bowl game would be much more meaningful than seeing them win the FCS national championship. It honestly feels like winning the NIT.

    Non-Bears fan opinion. Stroud, Stafford, Lawrence, and maybe Murray, depending on which one you get, should be considered above Caleb right now. I do think health withstanding that the Bears are in the wild card mix until the very end, possibly even getting in. I would love to see it.

    Totally agree, and as a Buffalo Bills fan off-season I am bombarded with articles talking about how the window is closing.
