And they know they can and get away with it, most times without protest from the player. Complain and it can be an instant ejection which is why you don’t see players complaining for the most part.

Well, damn. I had forgotten to keep track of Kyle Hendricks for about a week and a half and thought that this was was probably his 100th win as he seemed to be stuck on 99 wins for a while, but he’s actually won three games since I last kept track. This was career win number 102 for him.

Yes. Previous was 16 games over 500 and that was managed four times. Records of 38-22, 39-23, 40-24 and of course 44-28.
