    So nice having Steele back. This team annoys me at times, but all things told we did really well for losing our ace on opening day.

    This bullpen has to be stopped. And I have to stop them! But seriously, glad we won even if it was in a discouraging fashion.

    This is not a fun team to watch. Really should be in first right now and we’re just continuously blowing it. You can’t waive a wand and make it better, but for godsake at least shake up the lineup and keep Adbert the hell away from anything but mop up duty. I know the bullpen was tired and all, but my god, he sucks.

    Feels like we’re getting to that point where we need the lineup to be shuffled a bit. Happ has been having a tough time lately and id like to try Busch higher up in the order.

    Agreed. Though, sometimes I let it slip in my mind how injured we’ve been too. Had you told me this would be our record without Steele I’d have been delighted. You just hope we don’t lose the division with some of these early season collapses.

    Id suggest letting Busch learn the position with consistent reps. Mervis looks absolutely useless at the plate…again. Not like he’s gonna be here very long.
