    I just don’t see managers in this game making a huge difference. Not saying there’s no drop off between the best and worst managers, but it’s not like offensive or defensive schemes are being developed here. You essentially play what you’re given and that’s more on the front office than any one manager.

    Oh I don’t disagree that he’s excellent. My fear is he has to come down from this somewhat and with the offense the way it is this would be the worst time for it. But I’m ever the pessimist, don’t listen to me.
