    mark derosa should be there too. .297/.376/.423 he had a career year at 31, and is now doing even better at 32.

    find some schmuck to take soriano's contract. i'm sure he has a crazy no trade clause or whatever, but those can always be worked around. i know it's the least possible scenario imaginable, but if i were the gm this would be something close to the first order of business. the second would probably be finding a new job after being run out of town for trading the most popular player on the team, but whatever.

    yeah, but think how awesome it would be to see soto hit 400/500/700 at AAA for a full season. after a season like that, he'd almost certainly be a lock to be a backup for the major league team.

    Lineup will change because Lee is a scratch. He fouled a ball off his knee and can't run. Ward will play first. No batting order yet. ugggggggghhhhhh if we forfeit the team can get to st louis at a decent hour i say we go for it

    But you can't tell him what he can or can't bring up. Just because you believe something is irrelevant doesn't mean others can't mention it. And especially don't go telling a moderator what he can and can't bring up. That won't help your life expectancy on this board any. do you really think he was ordering him to not discuss it? of course he wasn't, he was just telling him that he didn't think it was germane to the conversation. LoK has been fine lately, people are just in his face trying to run him out of here lately. i hope it doesn't happen, he's one of the few people i really feel like i learn stuff from around here.
