    I second that one. The Cubs will be better off without him. Especially when he gets injured in June.

    The deal seems like there are a lot of names invloved, but it make sense for the O's. They get a CF with some potential upside, 2 stud minor league pitchers, a major league pitcher with a good arm, and a suitable SS replacement. While Cedeno won't put up Tejada numbers, he is not Neifi. What was everyone else thinking we would be giving up? I mean Tejada is one of the best, if not the best, SS in the game? I would be happy with giving up those guys. The questions is do we have money to get an adequate RF? I do not think Encarnacion or Jones would fit the bill. Would getting Tejada offset the bunk we would through out there in RF? Pierre cf Walker 2b Lee 1b Tejada ss Aram 3b Barrett c Murton lf ? rf

    I apologize to anyone that may have been offended by the pictures that I posted or if my words offended anyone. I thought that some were in good taste, and some have pushed the boundaries. I would just like to say that looking at a good looking woman is like looking at a painting in a museum, or tasting fine wine at a liquor store IMO. The objectivity is all on the shoulders of the person viewing the art work or tasting the wine. Some may find the wine bad in taste while others may enjoy it. Some may find paintings offensive, some may enjoy the way it pushes the boundaries. You know you might be challenged and pushed going to places like a museum, and those that objected the polls should have known what was going on in the threads. Obviously the art work was too graphic for this website and I understand that. Some of the language was uncalled for and I am glad that some of us are mature enough to understand that. If PG is what the website is intended for then the mods are free to make sure it stays that way. Tim and the rest of the mods have done a great job on this site. I do believe that this was not uncalled for or unjust.

I have met the Sarge, Bobby Dernier, Jody Davis, Lee Smith, Michael Wuertz, Jason Dubois, Vance Law, and of course that punk Ronnie Woo-Woo...

    My math says we have to wait another 9 years. :x Be careful people that live in Chicago because I have a feeling that if the Sox win your town might get a little harry during the "celebration". Im hoping they dont go to Wrigley and burn it down. Or attack the construction crews as if they were first base coaches. I live in fearful times here in the city.

    I am wearing my Bears hat all winter and denouncing all ties to baseball. Come spring time the Cubs gear will be back out though. Those Sox fans are pretty scary...lol 1918 Babe Curse -Gone 1917 Sox Futility - Soon to be gone 1908 What the heck is taking so long? - Hopefully gone next year...

    The voters will want Maddux in because of his ring he got with Atlanta IMO. I dont know what team he would choose. I would guess Atlanta because of his ring and CY youngs.
