i turned it on when it was at 19 points. 3 minutes later, the pistons have the lead. weird things like this always happen to me. i wish the opposite happened sometimes, that would be nice, but i know, too much to ask.

i think the cubs are the best team at not hitting fat, mistake pitches. the ball is spinning up right there, just hit it!

dlee hasn't hit a mistake pitch yet this season. capps was trying to tie the game up.

Fixed. our offense is good enough. maholm just needs his zone shrunk a bit. ah, we should have put a lefty out there and told him to throw it 10 inches off the plate. It is good enough on paper, hasn't translated to the field sadly. we're getting fairly unlucky thus far into the season. that will even out and we'll score some runs. get doumit out or hit him!

i guess when the ump is calling everything for him (and nothing for z), you can't do much at the plate. seriously, when everything is a strike, you have to be ready to swing 8 inches off the plate.
