  1. Chris Harris has been taking on meatheads all season long on twitter. really? he's been taking on dumb jocks in tight shirts with tribal tattoos? i believe the term you're looking for is meatball. it's not fashionable anymore to confuse the two. I'm pretty sure many nfl players would qualify as meathead, LoPan yes, but the statement was made that he's been taking these people on all season long and he wasn't talking about players. simply fans that think "ditka should coach the cubs".

  3. anthony santella baby
  4. I meant it like it's not a tear ligament. That's why I said or somewhat minor knee injury. That's what I think of when I hear the word "a sprained knee or knee sprain". Torn ACL/PCL/MCL of any kind (whether it's a small tear or totally torn) is usually a major injury. MCL or PCL isn't as bad as ACL. you said "knee sprain" which could mean a lot of different things and is totally vague. he came back out and gave it a go, he couldn't do it and was risking more of an injury to himself, if the bears' staff allowed him to keep playing, they could have risked a major recurring issue with their franchise.
  5. jersey, i don't care what anyone says in this thread, the bears are going to be alright. we were a final four team this year, and the defense has a couple good years left in them. cutler will come back and do his thing next season and everyone will forget about this crap. breathe, my friend.
  6. What? I haven't done anything wrong. Why you giving me a warning and gooney gonna end me? If Cutler really did have a torn ACL, then fine I can see that. I just hope it's not a knee sprain or somewhat minor knee injury. Does anybody for a fact yet that it was indeed a torn ACL or what? I mean he should've went to the hospital then instead of standing/walking/sitting on the bench with his head down and looking like he's pouting... It just shows him in a negative for everyone. an ACL tear is a knee sprain. but it sounds like you know more about this medical mumbo jumbo than i do, so i'll defer to your expert medical analysis.
  7. The grounding was questionable but didn't wind up hurting them. The helmet to helmet was a valid call. Valid by the book. I didn't really see how Peppers could've avoided it without taking himself out of the play. yeah, it was the right call. i don't think it ended up hurting us all that much anyway.
  8. Yeah coaches make the decisions, but are you gonna tell that if it was Big Ben/Farve/Brady/Manning/Brees instead of Cutler that they would've stayed on the sideline and not play when they can walk around or ride the bike??? Heck even Philip Rivers or McNabb or Vick... I bet you not one of them would've sat down that 2nd half unless they were in a wheelchair or stretcher... you're not going to ruin your franchise for one game, no matter how big the game is. Really? If Cutler get badly injured, it wouldn't ruin the franchise... They done quite well for not having an elite QB in their entire history (you can debate if Sid Luckman was one or not-it's not the point) so far. Man you never know the next time Bears will get back to the NFC Championship again. Cutler may never ever get back there again. This is the reason why players this game and make MILLIONS... for a chance to get into the Super Bowl. It's why guys like Urlacher played ALL OUT after Cutler went to the bench and Forte trying to carry the offense. yes, really. cutler has been our entire offense for the last 2 years, even while getting sacked a million times. you better shut up about this or gooney is going to end you. just a warning.

  10. for real? the coaches are the ones that made the decision. are they going to bench the best qb in bears history for not overpowering them and staging a mutiny on the field?
  11. and don't you forget it. your trolling isn't going to work. i wasn't even upset we lost that series; the blackhawks were the better team and it took a regular season OT shootout and overcoming a 3-0 series deficit just for the flyers to reach that point. i was fully satisfied with winning the conference. plus, we're really good this year. oh god, you were trolling first. i still got your back in the forums though
  12. i'm with you, bro.
  13. boobie miles anyone?
  14. and don't you forget it.
  15. i hope he uses it
  16. the bears still have an open window. if they can get an LT and a receiver that can make catches in traffic, they'll be fine for a few more years.
  17. congrats on the superbowl, packers!
  18. Well, I'm not going to be one of them, but if I was Chicago, I would take a real long hard look on Cutler, and what to do about him from here on forth. That guy is starting to remind me of Jeff George. yes, you would. what a joke. You're saying that you're content with Culter as your QB? is this a trick question? go away

  20. i'm not for moral victories. we should have won this game.
  21. gotta beat the refs here too. they won't give us anything if we don't have to.
  22. hester had a crease and didn't want to get hit
  23. now get this to hester and bring the whole house down
  24. did he go out of bounds?
