  3. also, paul pierce was wearing a backpack and amare was wearing a cardigan.
  4. http://www.chicagotribune.com/media/alternatethumbnails/story/2011-10/23456380823000-04085253.jpg WHY IS BARON DAVIS DRESSED LIKE MOBY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!?!??!
  5. Please name the guys better than Epstein. I'll toss one defendable name out there in Friedman. Now, please enlighten with the rest of these names. I would say Beane and Epstein are on about the same level below Friedman. Beane and Epstein come with warts, and some of those warts are big enough to give a sizable pause when contemplating them taking over the reins of the Chicago Cubs organization. Personally, I would rather go with Beane over Epstein, but Beane scares me almost as much. Instead of hoping these seasoned guys overcome some of their shortcomings, I would rather take a chance on the pedigree of Cherington. what are the warts?
  6. and if the window is closing, trade for brandon marshall already. he's like a woman-beating version of calvin johnson. we can call him oj-tron
  7. i think the webb experiment needs to be over.
  8. without garza we have no staff at all.
  9. or maybe he IS richard ramirez, i haven't decided yet
  10. he likes to pretend he's alan dershowitz defending richard ramirez.
  11. i personally like the chocobot
  12. linky no worky edit: i got it and that was cool
  13. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUA8RFe562I sexually arousing lol, "are they looking at his shoulder?" no, i think they're making sure he's breathing.
  14. i have to imagine playing the bears is like fighting an average left-handed boxer. it's just a mess out there, but they have big play ability and can hurt you. they're just so helter skelter that they're probably just as likely to knock themselves out as knock you out, though. but anyway, the ability is there, jay has a big arm and the receivers can run.
  15. we're going to have to roll clutts out there a lot and tell him to just try to get in donkeykong's way for a second or two. harris is going to have to play, and tillman is going to have to follow the chocobot all over the field with harris as the hat. play him physical, knee him in the nuts when you can, hope he drops more passes in the end zone. my main fear is that billy good, barry better, jahvid best is going to smoke us and consistently get into our secondary, which opens up chocobot deep as harris will have to support the run. i love leshoure, but i'm glad we don't have to tackle him on monday night, that would be even more frightening. i don't think we have a chance to win and we probably lose by 2 TDs.
  16. with harris back there, i think it will be different. provided he's healthy.
  17. I think it was a disappointing performance in general. Without the deflected pick 6 and the returns, they lose the game. My disappointment is primarily directed at the defense, though. They were horrible. without the blown PI call and the ghost hold on the punt return, we may have beaten the packers. if sanzenbacher makes a simply catch on 3rd down, we're in the new orleans game. detroit got 2 pick 6's against the cowboys. that's football.
  18. hopefully we get harris back by next week, and why don't we just send a mix tape of unflagged holds on peppers to the league office?
  19. i wonder who voted for wisconsin.
  20. Yeah but they still have Philly (who knows if they get their [expletive] together by then), San Diego, Oakland (now tough because we cant stop the run), and 1 more against Detroit and Green Bay. The schedule is pretty tough this year. Philly is in Philly, but the Bears are coming off of a bye week. Eagles coming off of a game vs. Dallas. San Diego is in Chicago in late November, should be a factor Oakland will be tough, but you never know what you're going to get out of them (or the Bears really). They could come out and play well or lay an egg. 2nd Detroit game is also at home. Tampa is in a neutral site that should be a more pro-Bears crowd. The Bears should win Minnesota x 2, KC, Seattle, and Denver. Like to think they can take 1/2 of the other 6 (including MNF at Detroit). the bears won't be able to cover calvin johnson because people want to pull his pants down and put his dongle in their mouths and that is real cool
  21. sure, just tell him not to drop the ball this time
  22. or maybe he can just blow the game by dropping the winning touchdown again.
  23. obama's heart = black as israel idonije
