Though the one with the letter from the Cardinals fan was pretty funny. Thats not part of the instructional series. We're talking about this: "Old style light instructional series, tape 85. You know, the ones that make you want to shove cotton into your ear canals Hahahaha, That might be the only one of those commercials I'd actually appreciate. I should give up this whole science thing and start writing commercials, obviously. Actually, a friend of mine came up with the best Old Style slogan possible: "Old Style. it may be a sh***y beer, but it's OUR sh***y beer."

And the BP Wild Bean Cafe commercials. You know, the ones where they insinuate that switch hitters bat from both sides of the plate because they like variety, much like the available variey of coffees at BP's Wild bean Cafe? Dear lord. i'm actually getting gas elsewhere this afternoon because I hate those commercials so much.

    Is Murton hot because he's facing lefties or would he be hot no matter who he bats against? Before answering, he's struck out five times in 10 at-bats against righties. Hasn't he also gotten 3 hits in those 10 ABs? I'll ask again, is he hot because he's facing lefties or would he be hot anyway? I like Murton a lot, and would hope some of the vets would learn his plate discipline. I also don't want him in a position to be overmatched. As I said yesterday, I wouldn't have a problem with him facing a rookie righthander or a below average righthander. So, would he be playing considerably less under this scenario vs. the way he's being used now? I'm just glad that we're seeing two lefties this series. Again, I go back to my desire to get a true everyday leftfielder....the same desire I stated last off-season. Translation: I don't like your answer.

I thought it was interesting that Macias is hitting a very good .290. I figured a lot of people must be unaware, considering the bashing of him. Then say that. your post is clearly geared toward pissing everyone off instead.
