  1. Their mediocre BP is trying to blow it open.
  2. Aaron Sanchez the last 3 months 0-13 with a 7.49 ERA, 1 start with Houston he wins and they throw a no-hitter.
  3. Right last year Boston won when 35 year old Steve Pearce won World Series MVP after getting traded there in season.
  4. Did he not pitch in Texas any of those first 32 starts with the Rangers when he had a 3.00 ERA? He did. Then he strained his oblique, came back too soon, and all that other stuff I already posted about for you happened. So that made him bad for 50 starts?
  5. Now do Daniel Descalso. Then do Carlos Gonzalez. Then do Martin Maldonado. Cargo and Descalso aren't even playing let alone in pennant races and MM just won the World Series last year after going to Houston and has caught a no-hitter and has a 1.000+ OPS so far this time around with them.
  6. He also compiled those numbers pitching in Coors Jr. compounded with an injury at some point and mechanical stuff. It’s not hard to see where the bounce came from. Did he not pitch in Texas any of those first 32 starts with the Rangers when he had a 3.00 ERA?
  7. Jesse Chavez... 4.51 ERA lifetime before Cubs, 1.15 with Cubs and now 4.36 post Cubs.
  8. OPS better than KB's .621 in St Louis, and at least JL gets on base there hitting .295 with a .337 OBP for that OPS. They both have the same amount of hits in St Louis this year, but KB has 17 more AB umm...you know he wasn't actually trying to make a legitimate argument and was mocking you right? Yes then I took the chance to point out his hero KB has the same amount of hits as JL in St Louis this year which I know he didn't like.
  9. How many years was Cole's mechanics off? His final 50 starts with Texas he had.... 4.63 ERA 4.50 xFIP 4.84 FIP 1.32 WHIP Yes I said 50 starts, yet magically in 30 with the Cubs he's improved to a 2.64 over 30 starts with the Cubs.
  10. He had a 10.23 ERA and a 1.043 OPS allowed his final 5 starts with Texas. He allowed 7 ER in his final start, and then It took him 8 starts to give up 7 ER total with the Cubs.
  11. OPS better than KB's .621 in St Louis, and at least JL gets on base there hitting .295 with a .337 OBP for that OPS. They both have the same amount of hits in St Louis this year, but KB has 17 more AB
  12. i bet it will. he'll be like "i'm gonna hit like i did the last time i was in the NL central." You should spend less time trying to be a smartass online and watch more baseball. Every year down guys take off in a pennant race andput up good numbers in places of past success. Did you say that dumb horsefeathers about Cole Hamels too?
  13. Happ doesn't want to go back to the minors, would be nice if he could stick at 2nd base.
  14. Hope getting back in the division will help spark a revival of his bat
  15. Rizzo hit HR on back-to-back days June 14th and 15th and has just 2 HR since. The OBP is there but the SLG is down under .430 over that 43+ game period, so Joe might as well try him again at leadoff.
  16. Lets get 10+ and have a nice easy win for a change
  17. Kershaw showed up after being shaky early and gives up 1 over 7 and the Dodgers BP hold on despite making it interesting.
  18. Over the last 3 years since Ross retired, Lester has given up 29 ER in 28.2 IP without Willy catching.
  19. He just had a day off the other day and you can't rest everyone
  20. Castellanos is already tied 10th on the team in doubles tied with Descalso, only 10 off being Top-5
  21. Would love to extend Castellanos. Wish he and Schwarber were better defenders to keep both.
  22. Kreshaw MIA early vs the Cardinals
  23. He is bad at straight back but that ball was over his left shoulder into RCF where statcast has him a +2 lifetime while Heyward is a -1 and Happ -2.
